Consultation
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to find effective solutions to learning and behavior problems.
Help others understand child development and how it affects learning and behavior.
Assist families in connecting with community resources and services
Intervention
Provide individual and small group counseling to help resolve social or emotional problems that interfere with school performance.

Help families and schools manage crises such as death, illness, or community trauma.
Develop behavioral interventions to assist students to learn skills and to follow school expectations and maintain safe learning environment for all.
Prevention
Promote positive school climate through school and district wide initiatives
