BLRS did a great job presenting me with multiple resources that allowed me to learn while asking questions. Having a great supervisor who is always willing to answer questions was by far my most helpful resource. Having one person to go to at any time with any questions meant a lot. The work-life balance was also very important, especially in this line of work. I was able to take cases at my own pace, which was a huge help. One last thing is that every CM was looked at as a person, rather than just someone to do the work. If I were struggling with something, I could reach out. I could be informal and joke with my co-workers at times, and did not feel guilty for doing so! Everyone truly does work together, and things are not 'industrialized'.
