Due to the custom nature of decorated apparel, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.
PE uniform size exchanges: If you need a different size, please contact BUGC first. If the correct size is available, the school can exchange it for you. If it is not available, the school will contact Superior Embroidery to arrange a replacement. Uniforms must be unworn and unwashed, with no names written on them, to be eligible for a size exchange. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an issue with your order, including a defect, damage, or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to make it right through a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
