Welcome! We're so glad you'd like to learn more about our Beroean Bible Studies. At Beroean Christians, we’re all about creating a warm, open space for people to simply read and study the Bible together.
Our main goal isn't to push human-made doctrines, but to walk alongside you as you explore its teachings and feel equipped to make your own informed decisions. We're inspired by the Beroeans in the Bible (Acts 17:10-12), who were called "noble-minded" for their eagerness to study the scriptures for themselves. We humbly recognize that we're all on a lifelong journey of learning and growing in our relationship with God and Jesus, and we believe the Bible's message is for everyone.
To make this journey possible for everyone, we've built a welcoming network of fellowship meetings, available both onsite and online at various times. We know everyone's path is different, so we offer different ways to connect: some groups study the Bible chapter by chapter (contextually), others explore specific topics, and some prefer one-on-one study. We also have dedicated support groups, including a women's group and a fellowship for those healing and moving on from organized religious systems. These are safe, judgment-free spaces to listen, share your story, and find encouragement as you realize your faith journey can start fresh.
Ultimately, fellowship is at the heart of what we do, and we'd love for you to be a part of it—or even start your own! We strongly encourage anyone interested to form their own small groups to meet, study, and share life together right in their own homes, just as the early believers did (Acts 2:42, 46-47). If that sounds like something you'd like to do, we're here to help! We can happily provide scriptural guidelines and share how our other groups manage their meetings. The purpose, whether in our groups or yours, is simple: to grow in faith, reflect the light of Jesus in our communities, and bring praise to God.
