Culinary Arts - WAMS Foods Department

Students at Willian Annin Middle School have a wonderful opportunity to learn their way around the kitchen beginning in 7th grade with the FOODS CYCLE class and again as an elective choice in the 8th grade course, AMERICAN CUISINE. Working in teams in their individual kitchens, students learn to use kitchen tools and appliances to create a variety of dishes.
