social studies summer assignments

Please see this Google Document for information on summer assignments for specific Social Studies courses at Ridge High School.

If the course is not listed, there is no summer assignment for that course. Enjoy!

Summer textbook LENDING

If students are interested in borrowing a textbook for the summer, students may do so for textbooks for courses they are enrolled in for 2023-24.  Any other requests are subject to availability and supervisor approval.

Beginning July 10, 9th, 10th, and 11th graders are to use this Google Form and must complete the form in order for requests to be processed.

Note that not all social studies courses have or require textbooks. Also note that AP Human Geography, as well as all levels of Global History and US History are currently undergoing textbook review to adopt new books for these courses. Due to the time constraints of adopting and receiving these resources, and the commitment to inventory all items received, we will not be able to lend these particular resources out to students during this summer.
