The SPARKies group attended the AGIS Youth Leadership conference on 15 March 2025. The conference was hosted at Berlin International School, and around a 100 students participated from seven different AGIS schools.
During the conference we learned about, Social Justice, Participation, Action taking, Responsibility and Knowledge. After all of the things we have learned, we decided to address discrimination and to stop any unfairness.
Our mission is to take Action, and help stop any kind of discrimination going on.

Our SPARKies group is working on anti-discrimination, and we are doing this by creating anonymous mailboxes and placing them all over the school, so that if someone is getting discriminated, then they can let us know and we will try to fix the problem that they are having. We are also focusing on interviewing people and asking them if they have experienced any kinds of discrimination.
In our SPARKies changemaker group, we are in two groups.
1) one group is working on Anti-discrimination and gathering information/data about peoples stories and
2) our second group is working on developing ways to educate primary about discrimination.
