Turn In Button in Google Classroom

The Turn In button should appear in the upper right of assignments in Google Classroom.

Please be sure to use Turn In for assignments and NOT Share! This way your teacher can grade and return your work to you.

First Troubleshooting Steps

If you do NOT see the Turn In button, here are a few steps you can try:

1. Make sure you are not logged in with a different Google account in another tab or window. You should log out of Google Classroom and log back in to be sure.

2. If possible, try with another browser

3. If possible, try with another device

If you've tried these steps and still cannot see the Turn In button, please email tech_support@berlin-international-school.de and we will do our best to support you further.

Please understand that this appears to be a device-specific issue, and not anything wrong with the set up of Google Classroom. This makes it a little tricky to solve and usually requires a case-by-case approach. When writing us, it's extremely helpful if you can provide any or all of the following:

• Which Homeroom class you're in

• What assignment(s) you're trying to turn in

• Which browser(s) you're using

• What device (computer, iPad, mobile, etc.) you're using

• Any screenshots or other images
