The Boston Conservatory at Berklee Self Service page (or Self service) is an online portal where Conservatory students can view financial information (tuition, fees, financial aid), class offferings, schedules and grades.

Access to Self Service is not linked to Berklee OnePass and has its own set of credentials.

First-time Self Service login instructions

Go to Self Service

Log in with your username and temporary password. Your username is your firstname_lastname. Your temporary password is your last name + your student ID number (with the first letter of your last name capitalized)

Username: john_smith

Password: Smith000012345

Verify your account by entering the following fields:

• System ID: Student ID Number (sometimes referred to as your PowerCampus ID) that was distributed to you along with your Orientation Newsletter
• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth (Example 01/01/2017)
