Export a Data Extension

Navigation

1. Hover over the Salesforce cloud logo at the top left
2. Mouse over to Audience Builder in the drop-down menu
3. Click Contact Builder in the drop-down submenu

Contact Builder

1. Click Data Extensions in the top navigation bar
2. Click Data Extensions folder in the left sidebar
   • If your data extension is in a subfolder, click the [ ▸ ] arrow next to Data Extensions and click the subfolder
3. Click the data extension name (blue text) in the main workspace
4. Click [ Export ] at the right

Export Data Extension Popup

1. Select ⚬ Browser Download as the Delivery Location
2. Click [ Export ] at the bottom right*

*A .csv file will download to your computer containing all the information within your data extension.
