My name is Solène ("So-lenn") Delecourt and I am an Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley. I am a member of two academic groups at the Haas School of Business: Management of Organizations and Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
My work is at the intersection of strategy and organizational behavior and primarily focuses on gender and entrepreneurship. I received my PhD from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. My research has appeared in academic journals such as Nature, Management Science, and the Strategic Management Journal. I received several awards. You can find all the details in my CV, so I won't repeat myself.
Sometimes people ask how to pronounce my first name, so here is an attempt at phonetics: Solène, pronounce "so-LENN" (it's not like gasoline, and more like oxygen).
