SlrpEV varies pricing to learn user behavior and incentivize flexibility to manage electric power.

Currently, the pricing is simply 2.00 USD/hr of connected time
This price holds regardless of how much power is delivered. That is, if your vehicle tops off/stops charging, then charges will still accumulate as long as your are plugged in. This disincentives users from squatting and blocking chargers.
NOTE: A typical PG&E cusomter pays 2.00 USD/hr for 6kW of charging power
