The UC Berkeley Myopia Control Clinic specializes in optometric care of children and young adults with progressive myopia. In addition to providing conventional glasses for clear vision, our services focus on evidence-based treatments for slowing the progression of myopia.
We use advanced equipment and techniques to comprehensively evaluate refractive errors, as well as the size and shape of our patients’ eyes. These measurements along with a comprehensive personal and family history are used to determine an optimum management strategy, highly effective and safe in controlling myopia progression.
We currently provide care to 1000+ recurring patients, from over 10 states.
Specially designed rigid gas permeable contact lenses that are worn overnight during sleep, for clear daytime vision
