Berkeley Haas offers Ergonomic Evaluations of workspaces in conjunction with the Tang Center in order to provide appropriate workspaces for Berkeley Haas Staff. You can find out more about Computer Ergonomics and the University's programs here.

Ergonomic Evaluations

• Once you've placed your request, you'll receive a Service Now ticket confirmation via the email address you've provided.
• Please allow for up to 2 weeks for your request to be fulfilled.
• You will be required to login with your Calnet ID in order to make a request.
• The form cannot be submitted without all the required information.
• The Computer Ergonomics Matching Funds Program offers up to $500 per employee* in matching funds to modify on-site computer workstations according to campus ergonomic guidelines. You can find more information here.
