SENSE OF SELF

SUGGESTED INTERPRETATION:

Use code and/or electronics to make something that incorporates the self. It might be about your (the artist's) self, or it might show the viewer something about their self. It might be reflective – a kind of mirror or portrait of the self or the viewer. Or, it might encourage self-reflection. It might be a piece that is capable of sensing or responding to someone's presence, or that portrays a metaphorical “sense” of self.

How Do I Submit?

CODE: Upload your code file (and anything else we'll need access to) to the course Google Drive (make a folder labeled your name). You could also use a public GitHub repository or public website. Regardless, make sure we have access to it!

- Nicely Documented Code Tips:
  - add // comments
  - give clear and intentional names to your variables, functions, file, etc.,
  - strive for clear and consistent indentation and spacing
  - Are you able to tell what each section of your code does, if asked? Will future you be able to tell what this code does if you open the file back up again in 5 years?
REPORT: Compile your documentation. You can copy this Documentation Template, or make your own from scratch. Just, again, make sure we have access to view it, e.g., by putting it in the course Google Drive.
- Fill with your images, video, text, and links! Don’t forget to link your code and add process pics!
POST: Click the pencil icon in the bottom right ↘ to edit the project page.
- Copy the example post below.
- Replace the images/video with at least 1 "hero" image and/or video of your own.
  - AGAIN. Make sure that we will have access to your assets. (Use the course Google Drive!)
- Replace the text and links with your links. Test them! (People often forget to actually change the links on this page... awkward...)
  - If you’re having trouble just let shm know. they are so happy to help!! ;)
