The BAPG conference is a low key conference to bring together researchers on evolutionary genetics and genomics to informally share their latest findings. Typically colleagues from the broader Bay Area attend, including UC Davis in the north to UC Santa Cruz in the south, and including UCSF, Stanford, and UC Berkeley along with other colleagues in the Bay.
Berkeley CTEG faculty have been active participants of BAPG and have organized a number of conferences over the years.
