Part 1: Plate 2 (50:50 hexane:Ethyl Acetate)

Repeat the spotting, developing, and visualization steps from plate 1 with a second plate, except this time, fill your developing chamber with 50:50 hexane : ethyl acetate.

Copy down the stained plate, making sure to label the compound spotted in each lane of the plate, the solvent used to develop the plate, the solvent front, and how each spot was visualized. Then, calculate Rf values for each spot and add them to your data table.
