All sessions will be held on Zoom. To join a session, find the Open Zoom button for the session on the Schedule page, or directly on Sched. You must be registered for the conference and logged into Sched to see the Open Zoom button.

If you don't see the Open Zoom button, you need to log in to Sched. If you are logged in, check the email address you used to register for the event.

• You must be registered for the conference and logged into Sched to see the Zoom links.

• Many sessions will be held via Zoom webinars. Participants will be in 'listen-only' mode and can ask questions using the Q&A feature in Zoom. During the webinars, please use the #super-tech-support channel on Slack or the Zoom chat for technical issues.

• Some sessions will be Zoom meetings and Participants can choose to turn on audio and video, if desired. Please defer to the presenter when it comes to the best method for questions. There will be a moderator watching chat for questions.

• If you witness or experience and violations of the Code of Conduct, submit violations through our anonymous form or email ld4conf_coc@googlegroups.com (email is not anonymous).

• All session times are shown in Eastern Daylight Time. Use the timezone dropdown on the Sessions page or in Sched to adjust to your local time.

• Registered attendees should have received an email with information about accessing Sched and, once logged into Sched, attendees should see a personal schedule on the Schedule page.

• If you are having trouble accessing Sched, you can set or reset your password here.

• If you create a personalized schedule of the sessions you want to attend you can receive session reminders and messages specific to those sessions. You'll also have the option to download your personalized schedule to your own calendar.

Sessions (with some exceptions) will be livestreamed on the LD4 YouTube channel.

Session recordings (when available) will be posted on the LD4 YouTube channel 2022 playlist.
