Theraputic interventions consist of meeting one-on-one with a trained psychotherapist (therapy psychologist/therapist) to discuss specific concerns in a confidential setting. When working with kids and teens, Janelle Grier uses a number of approaches and modalities, depending upon needs. Her background and training is in cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment therapies, as well as person-centered counseling and somatic modalities.
