Cruz as he shares how members of a guiding coalition respond to rational resistance to necessary changes.

When teams learn how to collaborate effectively they contribute to PLC right!  When teams do not master the art and science of collaboration they contribute to PLC light.  Join Dr. Luis F. Cruz as he explains the difference between collaboration and coblaboration to avoid allowing our schools/districts to embrace PLC light.
