This session will provide administrators an overview of proficiency scales, then discuss how teachers should introduce and reinforce the content from district-adopted/created proficiency scales. Administrators will leave this session with not only an understanding of proficiency scale instruction, but with a teacher developmental scale for providing teachers feedback and fueling their continued development.
