End of Year Banquet - April 30, 2026

Location:  Bentonville West

All students currently enrolled in the orchestra program are invited to join us for a special evening as we celebrate an incredible year of music, growth, and achievement! Parents and family members are welcome and encouraged to attend as we honor the hard work and dedication of our amazing orchestra students.

The event will be semi-formal/Sunday-best and includes dinner (pasta bar, salad and garlic bread), an awards ceremony, and a student-only "fun" event to cap off the night!

Student pick-up is at 10:00 PM.

Silver Dollar City Trip-May 2, 2026

Cost:  $100 per student or $40 if student has season pass

Includes admission to Silver Dollar City, one meal voucher, and dinner outside the park before traveling home. 

*HARD DEADLINE:  ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE TURNED IN BY APRIL 17th.*

Symphonic Dallas Trip Fees~April 16-19, 2026

Thursday:  Leave BWHS after lunch and travel to Dallas.  Pizza dinner at hotel.

Friday:  Campus tour of UNT followed by lunch and then Clinic at UNT.  Evening dinner followed by Dallas Symphony performance.

Saturday:  Six Flags and dinner at Pappadeaux's.

Sunday:  Travel home.

All costs must be paid up front prior to departure.  If you need financial assistance, please reach out to Ms. Kelly for further details. 

Payment 1:  Initial $250 due February 27, 2026.

Payment 2:  $250 Due March 30, 2026.

Orchestra Student Fees

Orchestra fees this year are $200 and are due on or before December 1, 2025.

Chamber Orchestra--San Francisco Trip Fees

Dates:  February 25, 2026 to March 1, 2026 (5 days, 4 nights)

Hotel: Hilton San Francisco Union Sq

The Bentonville West Chamber Orchestra trip fee to San Francisco is $2,000.  This cost is an estimate based on the itinerary and published rates.  The final fee may be slightly higher depending on the final itinerary and rates at time of booking.  Every effort will be made to keep the cost within the quoted $2,000.

All costs must be paid up front prior to departure.  If you need financial assistance, please reach out to Ms. Kelly for further details.  Any student who receives financial aid will be required to participate in all fundraising opportunities.

Withdrawal Policy: If you decide to withdraw from the trip by November 1st, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. If you withdraw after this date, you will still be responsible for the remaining balance of $1,500.

Payment 1:  Initial $500 down payment due October 15, 2025 (nonrefundable).

Payment 2:  $1000 due November 15, 2025.

Payment 3:  Remaining balance of approximately $500 due January 15, 2026.
