We will meet @ OAK Terminal 2 @ 6:30 am.
Mr. Scott or Ms. Parker will be out on the Southwest curb by 6:15 am. Families are welcome to drop off curbside.
Return: Friday, April 5

We will meet at the baggage carousels in Terminal 2.
Please plan to be at the airport when the plane lands.
Flight Aware is a free service to help with tracking flights. Just plug in the flight number on the scheduled day of the flight.
We will check student luggage both ways. Carpooling to and from the airport is welcome.

Very little time will be spent in the hotel. The schedule has us out and about all day and into the evening! In addition to the hotel, we will have a dedicated charter bus as a home base during our time there.
While overnighting, security chaperones from WF will be stationed in hallways for additional student oversight.
