ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Admission Form (Printed and Filled-out)
  • 2" x 2" ID Photo on white background (business or smart casual attire)
  • Transcript of Records (Certified True Copy of highest completed educational attainment to claim an official diploma and/or certificate)
  • Letter of Endorsement (for company-sponsored participants)
  • Marriage Certificate (for married female participants)
  • Copy of Valid Visa and Passport (for non-Filipino participants)
  • Special Study Permit (for non-Filipino participants enrolling in an academic or Nationally Accredited training program)

DISCOUNTS

  • 5% Early Bird Discount - full payment of module fee two weeks before the first day of class
  • 10% Corporate Group Discount - for group of 10 corporate-sponsored participants
  • 5% DLS Alumni Discount - present proof of graduation from DLSP System Schools or present valid Alumni ID
  • 5% SPaCE Alumni Discount - for participants who have finished a full diploma program
  • 10% Full-Payment Discount - full payment of total Diploma Fee on the first day of class (one-time payment only)
  • 20% DLS Associate/Employee Discount - present proof of employment or valid ID
