High School PE Fitness Log: 

These are to be completed once a week and submitted to your online PE teacher. Each submission must be unique- they are not to be copied from the previous week. These logs can be found in your PE course.

What is your end-date?

**Semester 1 Courses end on Sunday 2/5/23 at 9:00 pm

**Semester 2 Courses end on Sunday 6/11/23 at 9:00 pm

** Semester 2 Courses for SENIORS end on Friday 5/21/23 at 9pm

If you are unsure where to find your end-date, you can find it on:

• the back of your course card

• on your progress reports

• on the intro email you received for the course

Have a question about an assignment? 

Reach out to your classroom teacher. You can find his/her email address on the home page of your course as well as the course materials/ teacher contact information section.

Having trouble checking your email on your home computer? 

1. Go to gmail sign in page

2. Enter student's district email address- firstnamelastname@student.bend.k12.or.us

3. That will take you to a Bend-La Pine page

4. enter student firstnamelastname (NO SPACES AND NOT THE ENTIRE EMAIL ADDRESS)

5. enter student password (student has created this already)

6. Voila!
