There are some phrases related to the Olympics some are 'Ancient Games' some are 'Modern Games' Some may be both. These should help with the Compare and Contrast Task below.

Task One - Compare and Contrast:

Following the work in your booklets where you looked at the Ancient Games and the Modern Games it's time to comapre the two. Follow this checklist questions as a starting point (if you have more ideas past these do them!)

The second page has an example of what a Venn Diagram looks like and how you might use it. 

Once completed you must Blog post it and get it checked by a teacher before posting.

Task Two- Olympic Sport DLO:

Choose a sport that is being played at the Olympics (page 2 has all listed from the official Olympics Site). Now it is time to become an expert on this sport. Use the checklist to support your research and create and exciting and informative DLO to be posted on your blog.
