Classroom Rules and Expectations

Classroom Rules/Expectations:

 1 - Use kind words

2 - Listen while others are talking

3 - Follow all directions quickly and quietly

4 - Treat others and their property with respect, as well as all school property

5 - Raise your hand for permission to talk

6 - Stay in your seat

It is important that my discipline plan is followed at all times in order for your child to have the educational environment necessary to maximize his or her learning potential.  The consequences for not following my classroom rules will be as follows:

1  - Non verbal warning

2 - Verbal warning

3 - Loss of recess

4 - Parent call

5 - Referral

Rewards for good behavior will include:

1 - Verbal praise

2 - Stickers

3 - Stamps 

4 - Candy

5 - Tiger Bucks
