Living in the 21st Century necessitates literacy in STEM for people of all ages.

On Saturday, May 7th, 2016 (11:00 am - 2:15 pm) Beehive Science and Technology (BSTA) will host the 2nd Expo at the South Towne Expo Center. The STEM Expo will offer a venue for middle/high school students to showcase original projects and demos, professionals to show how STEM is used to better our communities, and spectators to participate in hands-on experiments.

STEM EXPO Elements

Students in grades 6-12

• Demonstrate their STEM explorations
• Engage in STEM Activities Linked to STEM Majors and Careers
• Meet professionals and find out how STEM skills supported their career/life goals.
• 
  
• JOIN US – INSPIRE A STUDENT
• Lead a STEM activity - provide information on careers in your field and/or about your business.
• Help plan for the event. Come to one or more meetings and share an idea(s).
• Enlist the participation of collaborators to support the success of the STEM Expo.
