Professional Growth Plan (PGP)

Due September 30th

Each certified staff member will need to have two PGP goals this year:

1. Danielson Framework (Evaluation Rubric) Goal - tied to an indicator from the Danielson Framework  

2. Self-Selected Goal - Please talk to your evaluator if you need ideas for professional growth. This could be an EDGE-goal, a goal related to one of your assessments, a professional aspiration, etc.

Before submitting your PGP on the Google Form below, think about the following for each goal:

The desired outcome for each goal - Be specific!

Strategies and Actions you will do to work towards each goal

Materials, Resources, and/or Support you will need for the goal

Once you submit your PGP Google Form, you will receive an email with a PDF attachment of your professional growth plan. Please upload that document to your Google observation/evaluation folder. This should all be complete by 9/30.
