Professional Growth Plan (PGP)

Due September 30th

Each certified staff member will need to have two PGP goals this year:

1. Self-Selected Goal - tied to an indicator from the Danielson Framework  OR aligned to a measurable outcome for your class/course (KSA, AP, ACT, MAP, etc.)

2. EDGE-Related Goal

Before submitting your PGP on the Google Form below, think about the following for each goal:

The desired outcome for each goal - Be specific!

Strategies and Actions you will do to work towards each goal

Materials, Resources, and/or Support you will need for the goal

Once you submit your PGP Google Form, you will receive an email with a PDF attachment of your professional growth plan. Please upload that document to your Google observation/evaluation folder. This should all be complete by 9/30.
