Curriculum Innovation Team - This team will explore the Beechwood student reading and writing experiences in a K-12 vertical continuum. They will also work on buidling a culture of reading and writing across content areas.

Culture Innovation Team - This team will focus specifically this year on student belonging and ways that we can work on all students feeling like they belong at Beechwood.

• Student Leadership Innovation Team - This team is going to focus on student leadership opportunities this year outside of formal groups like NHS or Tiger Ambassadors. They are also going to work on students of all ages engaging in service.

Digital Innovation Team - This team will continue the work of the AI Innovation Team last year (personalzied learning) by implementing the AI guidelines and supporting responsible AI use. They will also focus on the digital/non-digital balance at Beechwood.
