Journaling

Journaling allows you to express your thoughts and emotions in a safe way. It allows you to keep your thoughts and ideas organized, self-reflect on the events in your life, and relieve stress. Choose a prompt (or several!) and either open a blank Google Doc or grab a notebook and start writing.

  • Brain dump! Write about all of your worries and anxieties.

  • What is the best compliment you ever received?

  • Have you ever volunteered to help someone? What did you do? How did it make you feel?

  • If you could build a dream house, what rooms would it have?

  • With the onset of COVID-19, what has changed? What is still the same?

  • What is something that you are proud of?

  • Who is the most important person in your life? Why?

  • Write about your favorite song. Why do you love it?

  • Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
