Who Has Access to Your Data

Your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Data may be shared with project partners, project evaluators, or Erasmus+ National Agencies when required for reporting or evaluation. It will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil project obligations and reporting requirements, and not longer than 5 years. Once the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
