House Rules

DURING THE HACKATHON:

1. You must treat all team members, competitors, judges, coaches, volunteers, etc., with respect and courtesy.

2. All prizes are to be shared between all team members.

3. All team members should be present at the event. Leaving the venue for some time to hack elsewhere INSIDE THE CAMPUS and WITHIN THE DESIGNATED AREAS is fine. CURFEW TIME is STRICTLY at 8:30pm. NO PARTICIPANT WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE BEC CAMPUS.

4. Napping stations for male and female will be available. BRING YOUR OWN SLEEPING MATERIALS because the organizers will not provide them. You may deposit your sleeping materials in the Deposit and Claiming Area at the Canteen.

5. BRING YOUR OWN EATING UTENSILS and tumblers. 

6. Male students designated bathing area will be the comfort room in the BSTC Building across the Main Campus at the Exit Gate. Meanwhile, Female students designated bathing area will be the comfort room right beside the canteen and clinic near the Exit Gate of the Main Campus.

7. Each team will be given access to campus wifi and 1 designated computer for developing the digital solution and powerpoint presentation.

Hack-San-Juan starts at 1pm on May 5, Friday and ends at 1pm on May 6, Saturday.
