MTM Donation Instructions

How to make donations this year:

For current BSD families: 

• Use the school's online payment system (InTouch) by following this link: https://or-beaverton.intouchreceipting.com/ 

• Once signed in with your school account: 

• School Items->Athletics->Fall->Cross Country-> Miles That Matter

For anyone else making credit card donations: 

• PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS! 

• Use the school's online payment system (TouchBase) by following this link: https://or-beaverton-lite.intouchreceipting.com/ (see image to the right)

• Under School, choose SUNSET HIGH SCHOOL

• Under Item, choose Miles That Matter Donation - Cross Country

• Enter the amount of your donation

• In the Memo, write the name of the athlete who solicited your donation or any other comment.

• Click the  Buy  button below the drop down menus (notice the green  Cart  bar now shows the donation amount and the drop downs are empty)

• Click the green  Cart  bar above the selection items

• Follow the prompts on the subsequent screens, all of which are user friendly.

For Matching Funds through Benevity (Nike/Intel/etc): ​

• Intel employees who want to get their donations matched can use this link to make the donation (only works with an Intel log-in):

• Nike employees who want to get their donations matched can use this link to make the donation (only works with an Nike log-in):

• Many other area businesses participate in similar programs! Please check with your employer for your own specific requirements!

• For those who have already made donations through the InTouch systems above, email Coach Neeway to obtain a donor receipt. Please include both the amount of your contribution and the approximate date.
