Day of Fair

Things to Bring with you to the fair

• A bag lunch

• Snacks

• Water Bottle (Water will be available for refilling)

Student Schedule for the day: This will be updated in early 2026 to reflect the current schedule.

Time                               Activity

9:30                               Students depart on school buses from their school. 

10:00 - 11:15                Judging Session #1 - Symposium style. Students present to the group & judges.

11:15 - 12:00                Students eat lunch and relax. Be sure to bring your lunch and water.

12:00 – 1:15                 Judging Session #2 - Symposium style. Students present to the group & judges. 

1:15 - 1:25                    Students set up displays in a Science Fair format.

1:25 - 2:25                    Students share their projects with peers in two shifts.

2:30                              Buses depart for schools (bring all boards, displays, etc. with you)
