Meet Mrs. Curd

Hello! Welcome to third grade. My name is Julie Curd and I am so excited to start a new year with you! This will be my 21st year teaching and I absolutely LOVE teaching 3rd grade!

I grew up in Beavercreek and attended Parkwood Elementary, Ferguson Jr. High, and graduated from Beavercreek High School. My husband, Rodney, retired from the Beavercreek Police Dept. where he served the community for 30 years. He is currently a part-time Police Officer with Kettering Health Police Dept. Therefore, Beavercreek has been a part of our lives for a very long time and absolutely the best school district ever!!

We have two grown children, Megan (Matt) and Jeremy (Ainjel). We also have five grandsons and a granddaughter, Jason (15), Carter (14), Jaxon (13), Ophelia (11), Landon (3), and Grady (1). We love spending time with all of them and traveling! 

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Wright State University and have a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Literacy from Walden University.

I am looking forward to a great year!
