The best score a choir/band can earn is a I (1) and the least desirable score is a V (5). The choirs compete for their rating in classes A, B, or C, based off of the difficulty level of the the music selected; Class A, being the highest difficulty level and Class C, being the lowest difficulty level.

Congratulations on such an awesome job to all the choir members!!! Coy's Band Department also received all I's from the judges. Coy middle school was the only school to get I's for EVERY performing ensemble. Congratulations to ALL Choir and Band members!
