I am so happy and excited to get to know your children and work with them in GRR this year! I wanted to give you a chance to get to know me as well.
I completed my BS in Elementary Education and my MS in Reading Education from Miami University. I will have my Gifted Intervention Specialist edorsement from Wright State University completed in December 2023. I have spent 23 years teaching 1st, 3rd, and 4th grades, as well as time as a Reading Intervention Specialist with 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. My last 13 years have been with Beavercreek City Schools.
In the middle of all of those years, my husband and I had a family and raised our twin boys and daughter here in Beavercreek. The boys graduated from Beavercreek High School in 2022 and our daughter in 2023. All three are attending the University of Cincinnati and we look forward to having two future engineers and a neuroscientist in our family.
Thank you for sharing your children with me! It is an honor to be a part of their education and I look forward to our adventures together.
