Beaumont USD believes a child is never too young to prepare for the road ahead because early learning builds the foundation for later success. Although each and every student learns and develops at their own pace, we have created indicators to assist parents, teachers, and students with preparing and tracking their transitional kindergartner's developmental progress for future success. These indicators consist of things to do with your student and things your student will be doing in class. TK students should be experiencing these indicators at home and at school to develop a strong path of preparedness. Remember to work closely with your student's teacher.
