What are the hours of operation for Incredible Minds?

Incredible Minds Virtual program will operate Monday-Friday beginning at 2:50 pm - 6:00 pm in 45 and 90 minute sessions. The programs we use are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (Monday - Sunday). When your student is enrolled into the Incredible Minds program, you will receive a phone call to discuss the days and times you would like for your student to participate based on space and availability.

If my student is working in the Incredible Minds virtual setting, can they log off to complete their daily goals?

Yes, students can work offline to complete their daily reading and math goals. But, it is encouraged that students check back in when they are complete so the goals can be reviewed and support offered as challenges are identified.

Does my student have to show up everyday to the Incredible Minds virtual classroom?

Before your student is enrolled, you will complete an agreement and we will expect your child to be present on those agreed upon days and attendance will be taken. Students are still required to complete daily goals whether they are in attendance or not. The programs are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (Monday-Friday).

What if my student cannot make it to the virtual class?

It is important to communicate with the Incredible Minds team if students are absent. Students can also make up this day as the programs are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (Monday-Friday).

Can my student complete half the lessons in one day and half the next day?

It is recommended that the student complete the DAILY goals provided to them. This will ensure practice is taking place EVERYDAY and the acdemic learning is consistent and lasting overtime. If they miss a day, please know they can make up this day because they have access to the programs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (Monday-Sunday).

Should I look at my student's daily work if they are working with an Incredible Minds team member everyday?

It is highly suggested that you review your student's dashboards daily for the programs they are using. This shows them that your care about their progress. Give them praise for accomplishing the goals and let them know you are proud of them.

How will I know if my student is making progress?

After about 3 weeks of your student begining Incredible Minds, you will begin to receive progress reports letting you know if weekly goals are being met. At anytime, you can contact your Incredible Minds site team and request detail copies of the reports. If you need further explanation of the reports, reach out to Mrs. Anita Williams at 951-797-5393 or incredible@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us.
