Avoid quotes and any type of soliciation (regardless of cause). REMEMBER emails signatures should be professional, easy to read, and cover AT LEAST your name, your position, and your school.
Already have a signature, but just need to update it with your new contact info, credentials, location, position, etc.?
When emailing a group of parents you will want to utilize the BCC (blind carbon copy) field.
This keeps parents from viewing each other's email.
In the "To" field you would send a copy of the email to yourself so the only email parents will see on the screen is yours.
If your BCC field is not showing on your email, follow the steps outlined here to turn on that option.
