The BOROUGH OF BEAR CREEK VILLAGE was established in September, 1992. The Borough’s governing body consists of a five-person Council and Mayor. The present size is approximately 135 households. The Borough is responsible for maintenance of roads and bridges including snow removal. The Borough has monthly meetings, open to all residents.
