Defect Disputes & Handover Concerns

Having trouble getting issues resolved by your builder? We’ll inspect and document the concern, provide written support, and guide you through the escalation process if needed. Our reports can be used as part of formal defect claims or negotiations.

Hourly Consulting – On Site or Remote

We offer flexible consulting tailored to your situation—whether that means walking the site with you, reviewing contracts, or answering questions over a phone or video call.

Pricing

On-Site Consulting: $250–$350+, depending on scope and whether formal reporting is required

Remote or Hourly Consulting: Quoted based on needs

Travel to regional or remote areas is charged at $2/km from Perth metro
