First Appointment (60 minutes) - $180
Follow-up Appointments (50 minutes) - $150
I accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. All payments and co-payments are due at time of service.
Check with your insurance provider directly to ensure we are in-network and identify rates/coverage for mental health services. I will happily provide you with an invoice (SuperBill) to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement if my office is not currently in-network with your insurance.
If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, I request 24-hour cancellation. There is an established fee for any no-show or late cancel appointments.
