Welcome to the Burlington-Edison School District, where we celebrate the diversity our exceptional learners bring to our system. We are a district striving to create a P – 21 Program that provides a wide spectrum of service options for the students we serve.
A school-aged student is a disabled student under Section 504 if the student:
Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities,
Has a record of having such an impairment, or
Is regarded as having such an impairment.
