Summer Band and Orchestra is required of all students beginning an instrument at BDUSD. Students are grouped with the same instrument and learn the basics of their instrument: putting it together, how to make a good sound, beginning notes and songs, and how to take care of it.
Note: If your family is unable to make the summer lessons, please contact a music teacher.
Summer lessons are in the Beaver Dam High School Music Area
2025 Dates are August 4-8 OR August 11-15 - Families have a choice of either week. Lesson times will be in the morning and will be 75 minutes in length.
There is no fee for summer music lessons
Details regarding exact times will be shared with families in June.
