ALL ABOUT ME

Hello! I am Sarah Harris. I have lived in Barbour County almost all of my life. My husband, Mark, is a PA-C at the Belington Medical Clinic, Stonewall Jackson Hospital ER, and is an associate professor in the PA program at ABU. I have four great kids - Slaton, Rustyn, Acelynn, and Joden. I am entering my 17th year of teaching middle school and my 16th year at Belington Middle. I am currently coaching my 18th year of volleyball (12 of which were spent at Philip Barbour). My kids are avid soccer and baseball players and also enjoy cheer and basketball. I enjoy running, working out, camping, boating, and being active.

I graduated from Philip Barbour High School in 1999 in the top ten of my class and went to graduate cum laude from WVU in 2004 with a bachelors of arts degree in multidisciplinary studies and a master of arts in elementary education. I am currently certified in elementary education k-6, math 5-9, social studies 5-9, science 5-9, health 5-12, and physical education k-12.
