Health & Physical Education

We are thrilled to begin another school  year at Leland Middle School!  

Health and Physical Education helps students develop an understanding of what they need in order to make a commitment to lifelong healthy, active living and develop the capacity to live satisfying, productive lives. 

Your participation in this class will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to become successful learners and healthy productive adults.
