BCSS Mandated Closure
In response to the recent Executive Order issued by Governor Brian Kemp, the Butts County School System will be extending our school closure through the end of the 2019-2020 school year. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
Distance learning assignments can be downloaded and Google Classrooms can be accessed from the schools' teacher pages. We are finalizing plans to provide Wi-Fi hotspots throughout our community where students will be able to connect and work on distance learning assignments.

Telemedicine Services
SouthSide Medical Center is offering telemedicine services to the community. If you require a doctor's visit for any reason, it is encouraged to use this virtual method instead of going into the office. To schedule an appointment, call the Butts County Medical Center at 770-504-5566.
Mental Health & Covid-19
Mental Health America of Georgia has compiled a resource page to aid members of our community who have mental health conditions, or are at risk of developing them. Their website is full of information, webinars, emergency hotlines, online peer support, financial support, food pantries, and more.
