If you are planning on graduating early and have signed up for 4 spares for the spring semester, you will need to PRINT and fill out the Mid-Year Contract below.
Please print and return to the counseling office.
You must have a plan in place with your counselor, at least 24 credit at the beginning your senior year, and sign up for 4 classes to be a mid-year graduate.
